The Vero Beach mortgage lending market experienced something unusual in the past sixty days. The Federal Reserve raised the interest rate back in December 2015. Because rates change almost daily, if rates drop after you agree to your rate lock, most lenders have policies allowing you to renegotiate to the lower rate prior to closing.
